I keep tossing and turning at night,
I know I'm asleep but I also know I am awake
Exhausted I feel as I wake to start the day
Because I keep tossing and turning at night
Side to side, from pillow to pillow,
Whenever I find myself conscious, it's in-between turns, trying to find my comfort
Comfort that seems not to appear, comfort so far I keep tossing and turning at night
Body aches, neck stiff,
Not how sleep is supposed to feel
Because I keep tossing and turning at night
